1. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do! If you just want to add personalization to an existing listing, purchase as normal through the website and enter personalization when prompted within your purchase.

If you're wanting a completely customized product, please reach out via the website or email so we can discuss details.

2. Shipping/Pick Up Information

The cost of your shipping will be calculated via checkout based on the size and weight of the products you are purchasing.

Timeframe for shipping/pickup differs with each product. Please check the listing details for shipping/pickup timeframes.

3. Refunds/Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. Please insure any personalization is spelled correctly before finalizing your purchase.

4. Product Care

Epoxy and Sublimation Tumblers are all double-wall stainless steel tumblers. These items should not be placed in the dishwasher or microwave. They should also not be submerged in water for long periods of time or left in places of extreme heat, like a car. All tumblers and epoxied items should be hand-washed with warm soap and water. Do not use abrasive cleaning products such as Goo Gone, this can ruin the finish of the product.

All shirts and clothing should be washed on a gentle cycle in cold water. The designs on your clothing are professionally printed and pressed to insure a lasting product, but we do recommend turning them inside out when washing to increase longevity.
